About Me.
I’m a graduate of the University of North Texas, where I completed my MS in Learning Technologies and BA in Philosophy. I love creating fun, visually-appealing learning experiences. My interests are creating just-in-time enablement to improve people’s performance where they’re at, video and graphic design, and measurement-driven learning strategy.
As a senior learning experience designer, I lead the design of corporate equity programming aimed to help create equitable experiences for employees regardless of identity, background, or role. In my previous role at American Airlines, I designed custom video and eLearning solutions for internal clients, led a continuous improvement process to reduce project intake time, and provided guidance to team members as backup manager. At IBM, I managed the LMS and designed and developed technical software training for ILT, VILT, and eLearning. I also have experience designing animated videos, gamified learning, and technical documentation.
I spend most of my free time reading fantasy novels and playing board games. And if I can try out new recipes in the kitchen, I’m all set. I also provide resources and services to under-served communities in the DFW, Texas area.
