Tools for Leaders is a micro-learning leadership development curriculum that empowers leadership to up their skills in mentoring, engagement, and servant leadership. The goal was to address a variety of roles within the airline and provide actionable ways for leaders to engage their team members.
I developed this video, Engaging Your Team, using Vyond.
I also have experience scripting and recording character audio! See an example here.
Vyond and Narration
I created this video using Vyond. This video highlights the modern and engaging type of design I enjoy creating, and also showcases my audio narration and editing experience.
Understanding your Salary Range is a preview into a corporate video for individual contributors to understand the way the company establishes salary ranges. It was rolled out as part of a new compensation transparency campaign.
Interactive Video
The Access Control eLearning provides a comprehensive overview of securing airline operations in various airport environments, including the baggage belt, gate, jet bridge, ramp, and cargo facilities. This eLearning won Silver for Best Use of Video for Learning in Brandon Hall’s 2020 Group Excellence in Learning Awards

Design
My client described issues with learners retaining the content in the existing training, which was text-heavy and disconnected from team members’ day-to-day job duties. As a result, security violations were going unnoticed.
A major redesign component was interactive video, which I centered around real-world scenarios. Additionally, I designed challenge scenarios to teach team members the desired action if they witness an access control violation.
Shot List and Video Shoot
The training focuses on work environments where most breaches occur. All videos were shot on-site at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport so that team members can quickly identify similar scenarios in their respective work environments.
I worked with the client to identify common scenarios and scripted dozens of scenarios that would form the basis of the video shoot. I also identified props and uniform requirements for each video.
